Opiniones

I wanted to thank all the staff at the care home, from the first to the last. My father (due to Alzheimer's) had to spend a long time there, and we never, ever saw him mistreated. On the contrary, he was always clean, well-fed, and very well cared for, and above all, he was treated with such humanity and love. Unfortunately, my father passed away two days ago, but my family and I will always remember his smile and his happy face, and that was thanks to the care and affection everyone at the care home gave him. Thank you so much for everything, from the bottom of my heart.

My father was very well cared for and treated here. He suffered from very advanced Alzheimer's. They relied on him for everything because he was always on the go, and they involved him in everything they could to keep him active; he loved to help. As my mother says...from the cleaning staff, aides, nurses, social worker (who was lovely and helpful), etc., to the director, a 10 out of 10 for each and every one of them. A million thanks for taking such good care of my father, as it wasn't easy leaving him in a care home. This gave us great peace of mind. Sadly, he has passed away, but we will always have fond memories of him here. INFINITE THANKS ❤️

I would like to thank all the staff at the residence. My father spent two periods there, and in between, he stayed at a nearby residence in Fuenlabrada, which I'd rather forget. The second stay was even better than the first because he regained the smile he had lost. I would definitely recommend the residence. The time my father spent there was of very high quality. I personally cherish the memory of his smile every time I visited him; that's priceless. I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone involved. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him and loving him so much. My family and I are very grateful. Warmest regards.

Some staff members lack the empathy and professionalism to treat elderly people with illness or cognitive impairment with dignity. Add to that the appalling, roadside hostel-like facilities—old and wheelchair-incompatible (for example, wheelchairs can't fit in the bathroom entrance, and the elevator only allows one wheelchair at a time, and either no one is allowed, or the caregiver struggles to avoid harming the resident)—and you have to wonder how it can remain open. Please, I urge you to think very carefully before entrusting the care of your loved one to this residence.

My father's experience at this great residence has been very good. Every time we went to see him, they would take him out with a smile and eager to take on the world, and this has been thanks in large part to the great employees of the center. We are very grateful to all of you.
