Walking through or simply gazing at the gardens of the MONTESALUD residence brings you back to life. The staff who care for the residents are so wonderful, I never thought it was possible. When my son took me to this residence, I was happy, but later, when I could no longer see him, I became sad. He lives far away, in Las Rozas, but the affection I receive from my fellow residents and the joy that the staff and their managers radiate is so positive that I wish I could be one of them too. The Montesalud Residence offers comprehensive and professional care. They have neurologists on staff 24 hours a day, giving families great peace of mind. They also offer occupational therapy for cognitive needs and physical therapy for physical needs from Monday to Saturday, including holidays, a service not typically offered by other residences. The staff is warm, empathetic, and very humane. You can tell they truly care about people and are not just another residence. The management and ownership are the same people, which makes the treatment much more personalized and familiar than at other centers that rely on large investment funds. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be more grateful for the Montesalud nursing home. My grandparents are there, and from day one, we've experienced impeccable humane and professional care. The entire team is caring, empathetic, and attentive; they treat the residents with a love that shines through in every detail. The facilities, food, and activities are top-notch, always designed for their well-being and enjoyment. The relationship with family members is very close; they are always available for any questions or needs, which gives a tremendous amount of peace of mind. The medical care is excellent; the dedication and personalized follow-up they provide with each resident is evident. And I can't fail to mention Juan, the director, an exceptional professional who makes everything easy, transparent, and with impeccable management. In short, Montesalud is a place where care is taken with the heart. There couldn't be a better place for my grandparents.
