La Residencia Mi Casita destaca por su equipo de cuidadores profesionales, amable y atento que brinda una excelente calidad de atención a los residentes, ofreciendo actividades enriquecedoras como música en vivo y manteniendo las instalaciones bien cuidadas; sin embargo, existen graves preocupaciones sobre la gestión administrativa y financiera, con reportes de impagos de rentas y prácticas comerciales cuestionables que generan desconfianza en la dirección de la residencia.

You're the best. The staff treats the elderly with such kindness and care. My mother has been with you for almost six years, and I feel she's happy. You're always attentive to any questions from family members, at any time. And the garden is wonderful, especially in good weather.

I can't comment on the service, but they owe me several months' rent. Anyone can start a business by not paying rent. Be aware of this before doing business with them.

Today we admitted my mother and the care she received was absolutely fabulous. Every Saturday they have live music with songs from her era, and it was wonderful to see everyone so kind and smiling. The residence is lovely and beautiful... a very family-friendly little house, very well maintained. I leave with the certainty and peace of mind of leaving my mother in very good hands... thanks to the staff and especially to Cladys for making our time here more pleasant and less sad.

The team was wonderful—attentive, professional, and very caring, especially Paola and Víctor. The management... greed is their downfall. Be very, very careful. Sometimes cheap things end up being expensive, subtly.
