My mother spent her last days in this care home, and I can only express my gratitude for the care and affection she received. The entire team was kind, respectful, and highly professional, both with her and with us. During the most difficult times, they allowed us to be by her side 24 hours a day, and we felt supported and understood. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for her with such dignity and humanity. We will never forget it.

A peaceful place on Aurora Street in Madrid. In my opinion, the service was excellent. For the elderly, it's a place that touches me deeply; it transports us from our youth to our old age, and seeing them smile is truly rewarding. Blessings to them all, and recognition to the staff who work tirelessly every day to provide them with the best possible care.

I'm with my grandfather! He's doing great and is very well cared for, from what he tells me. It's a very pleasant place and the caregivers are very attentive at all times. Thank you so much for your work and for making it easier to balance work and family life.

The way they're treating my mother is absolutely wonderful. Montse, the owner, and all the staff are wonderful. Their warmth and kindness make my mother feel right at home and incredibly loved. They're attentive to her every need, and the food... simply spectacular.

I have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire team at this residence. My family and I are absolutely certain that we chose this residence and that my mother was able to stay here for a year and a half. The staff deserve our deepest gratitude. I'll try to name names, although it's difficult because I'm sure I've forgotten some, especially those on the morning shift with whom I didn't have as much contact. Starting with the director, Montse, who always provided direct, fluid, and very humane communication. She was available at any time of day. Of the entire amazing team, it's hard to single anyone out, but I have to mention Milena because she was my mother's favorite throughout this time. She always managed her perfectly, even though my mother sometimes has a strong personality. She listened to her more than her own children. Adolfo has an incredible vocation. Ranluka, Gabi, Sule, and Nieves are among the best... and all the staff on the morning shift are also wonderful, and my mother was delighted with them all. The residence doctor, Rogelio, was always available to contact, and he always responded. Choosing this residence was the best decision we made. It's small and doesn't have many luxuries, but it's very good, and in terms of value for money, it's perfect. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and it's so easy to see your family members at any time—you can go in the morning when they're having breakfast, lunch, dinner, even when they're in their room. That shows absolute transparency and that they have nothing to hide. So, a heartfelt thank you to the entire Lusanz team.
