Residencia Los Rosales presenta opiniones muy contradictorias que reflejan una gran disparidad en la calidad del servicio. Mientras que la mayoría de reseñas elogian la calidez, profesionalismo y dedicación del personal, las instalaciones y la comunicación con familias, existen críticas graves sobre falta de higiene, negligencia en la atención a pacientes con demencia, desorganización administrativa y falta de transparencia en la gestión de listas de espera. Esta inconsistencia sugiere que la experiencia depende significativamente del área o personal con el que se interactúe dentro de la residencia.

The staff member (Fatima) has poor hygiene, lacks attention to the residents, and is unprofessional. She ignores the patients, and the residents smell very bad. She is a grumpy worker; if she has problems, she should leave them at home. She needs to have positive energy that inspires confidence, and she needs to be proactive and optimistic. They don't take care of patients with dementia, who wander the hallways and enter other people's rooms. There's an unpleasant atmosphere among the staff, and they don't get along with their colleagues. In most of the cases where I've gone to pick up an emergency patient, they don't have the medical records on hand (they're always in the office). The staff doesn't know the patient's medical history, and many times they don't even know what's wrong with them because they are nursing assistants.

From the bottom of my heart, I can only say wonderful things about Residencia Los Rosales Valdetorres. It's a place where people are not only cared for, but also loved and respected. From day one, we felt a sense of peace, trust, and constant support—something that is priceless for families. The staff is exceptional: warm, attentive, patient, and always with a smile. It's clear they do their work with dedication and affection, treating each resident with dignity, sensitivity, and utmost respect. Communication with families is continuous and honest, which creates a tremendous sense of peace. The facilities are very well maintained, but what's most important is the human atmosphere: warmth, understanding, and genuine dedication. It's a residence where you feel your loved ones are in good hands, accompanied and cared for just like at home.

She highlighted the professionalism and care that users receive every day. They always try to help you with everything you need and are available for any call, from the moment you call to request a place to your family member's daily life at the center. There are few centers like this one!

We've been waiting for a place since June 2025. They told us there was a woman in palliative care who was very ill, but to this day we still don't have a place. My mother was first on the list; it smells fishy, very unprofessional. It's better to just say there's no place and not play with people's feelings. I'm saying this because Beatriz, the director, hasn't been clear from the beginning. A very bad experience.
