Residencia Los Nogales Puerta de Hierro disfruta de una excelente reputación gracias a su equipo dedicado y compasivo, que proporciona cuidados de alta calidad y un trato amoroso a los residentes, según destacan consistentemente familiares agradecidos. Aunque se ha señalado una reciente reducción de personal y recursos que es preocupante, el personal en general —incluyendo enfermeros, auxiliares, médicos y personal de limpieza— continúa mostrando un compromiso genuino con el bienestar y la dignidad de los mayores en sus últimos años

The care you provided our mother during the two years she's been at the home has been wonderful. During that time, we've had peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. The staff on the 4th floor have cared for her with great care, the same care she has given them back, to the best of her ability. The reception staff, physiotherapists, hairdressers, cafeteria staff, nursing staff, and medical services staff have been fabulous. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her and us.

I want to publicly express my gratitude to the residence for the three years my father has been there. To everyone on the 4th and 5th floors, to the nursing assistants, the cleaning staff, and the medical team, and especially to Dr. Albarracin. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 THANK YOU to the staff at the care home for the care given to my uncle who passed away yesterday, January 2nd. 408❤️🩹 and the care/attention they gave us while we were with him in his final days. His doctor and the team were a 10/10. I must highlight the staff on the 4th floor and especially the Brazilian and Romanian caregivers (morning shift) and the afternoon shift (nurse Liz, who had to struggle with him to get him to take his medication, Arnaldo and Antonio, who are brilliant, and Lorena). The receptionists were very kind and willing to help at any time. I REITERATE: TREATMENT, CLEANLINESS, FACILITIES… 😘😘😘😘😘

It's true that staffing has decreased recently, and a doctor has left. It's a shame. Resources shouldn't be cut or spared in something as delicate as elderly care. But the care provided by most of the staff is very compassionate; they care about the well-being of the residents and their families. My mother was with them for five years, until she passed away, and we were very happy. They showed her affection and took excellent care of her.

Mi abuela ha sido residente durante 9 meses, ha recibido un trato inmejorable y mucho cariño desde el primer hasta el último día. Siempre estaremos agradecidos al equipo humano que forma parte de la residencia, desde auxiliares, fisio, equipo médico, recepción… Han hecho que durante la etapa final de su vida reciba mucho cariño, buen humor, y sobretodo cuidado y atención. Gracias por todo.
