Residencia Los Manzanos recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas de familias que destacan la calidad de la atención, el trato humanizado del personal (especialmente mencionando a Paloma, Dani y Rosa) y el ambiente familiar que ofrece, lo que ha permitido que residentes se sientan cuidados y respetados incluso en momentos difíciles. La decisión de tener que llevar a un ser querido a una residencia es muy dura. Evidentemente no es lo mismo que cuando están en casa. Pero cada familia tiene que pensar qué es lo que necesita o busca para su ser querido. En nuestro caso, lo que buscábamos era una residencia pequeña y familiar. Ya que mi padre llegó con un deterioro cognitivo y físico considerable. Lamentablemente mi padre ha fallecido y solo estado en la residencia menos de dos meses. Durante ese tiempo hemos estado informados de la evolución de mi padre y en los momentos finales, tanto mi padre como sus familiares hemos sido tratados con mucho respeto y cariño. Mi más sincero agradecimiento a Daniel, a Rosa, a Paloma y a todas y cada una de las auxiliares que han estado cuidando de él, porque sé que no ha sido fácil. Quiero agradecer a todas las personas que forman parte de la residencia su profesionalidad y su humanidad. Un abrazo.

I can only say good things about the residence. My father spent a year there and it was fantastic. They always kept me informed about everything and he was very well cared for. We're going to miss you all so much. My sister and I will be eternally grateful. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Dani, Paloma, and Mari Jose, who will always be in our hearts.

My father has been there for a year and everything has been fantastic, he was very well looked after and cared for, a ten out of ten for the owners and a ten out of ten for all the staff, we are going to miss them a lot and we have very good memories

One star because I can't give less. During the time my father was in this residence, we weren't allowed to see his room. We could only see him in a tiny room, barely 3 square meters, with no privacy or comfort. After his death, they refused to refund the proportional amount for the month already paid, despite him not having received the full service. The director showed very little empathy and zero flexibility at such a delicate time. I do not recommend this residence. In moments like these, the least one expects is humanity. If you care about your family, don't take them to this residence.
