I only have words of gratitude for the care home and especially for all the staff who work there. Thanks to them all, I'm certain every day that my grandmother is in the best hands. The care home has excellent facilities and they involve families in everything that goes on there. I would definitely choose them again. Today is my mother's last day at her daycare center. After two years there, I have nothing but words of gratitude for the staff. My mother has been delighted from day one. I don't recommend anyone consider taking their relatives there. They only wash my aunt when they think we're going. If you go unexpectedly at a different time, you'll realize they don't even clean her face. We think they give her sedatives so she won't be bothered during the day, etc. I could go on detailing our suspicions.

I'm sharing my experience with you. I took my mother to the clinic, who suffered from very advanced Alzheimer's disease, to the point where she could no longer do anything for herself. When I met with the management at Los Balcones, I felt they knew what they were talking about, and above all, they understood my concerns about her care. I recommend them 100%.
