Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante sobre la gestión administrativa de medicamentos y facturación, con un caso documentado de sobrecargo injustificado y retrasos en el reembolso que requiere vigilancia por parte de las familias.

    Terrible management of inmate medications. They tried to charge me a year later for a medication my aunt had a prescription for, charging me approximately €100 when it only costs €4 with a prescription. It's shameful of both the director, Diego, and the manager, Viviana. They've been stalling for over a month on refunding this amount and haven't even provided me with the invoice. I strongly advise checking the details of any extra charges on your receipts.

    Our father lived at the care home. There were several things we didn't like, but the arrival of a new director (Diego) has completely changed things, resolving the problems and making many improvements. The staff's treatment has been exceptional at all levels, from the director to the caregivers, including Andrea, a wonderful physiotherapist who was a great help to our father, and even the two receptionists, Cindy and Maria, who are lovely. Thank you all.

    I had to ask them to take my mother in for a few days after my father passed away, and they went above and beyond to offer us their full support, help, encouragement, and affection. I can only be eternally grateful for how quickly they helped me. The very location of the center conveys the peace and tranquility one desires for their loved ones. The professionalism and care with which everyone at the residence treated my mother is indescribable. I don't want to mention any of the staff members for fear of leaving someone out; that wouldn't be fair. When I left her that first day, I felt like she was staying right at home. In fact, when I had to pick her up, I felt so sorry for her that I'm eager to arrange for her to move in permanently. Thank you, and I am eternally grateful.

    My grandmother has been there for a few months and is better than she has been for a long time. They've helped her gain weight. She says she loves food. She has a very cheerful face, talks a lot, and smiles—all of these are signs that the care is excellent. The facilities are new and always very clean. They take many precautions against COVID, which makes you feel more at ease every time you visit. In short, I wish all nursing homes would put the same effort into caring for the elderly.

    Today my mother was admitted to the center and I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff, starting with the director, Diego, the assistant director, Viviana, the girl at reception, she was lovely, the doctor was wonderful, the one who took my mother to her exercises was a delight, who picked her up in her wheelchair was very affectionate... empathy, affection, understanding, calm, family... "It's my mother's new home" thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!
