La residencia seguro que es una maravilla porque solo leer los comentarios da que pensar que nuestros mayores están como en casa. Quería comentar que una de sus trabajadoras seguro que es buena en su trabajo pero mucho deja que desear como inquilina, nos ha dejado a mis hermanos, a mi madre y a mi una deuda de 1000 y pico de euros además del piso destrozado con condensación, ese dinero es para mí madre que también está en una residencia y era necesario para su cuidado pero está señora que trabaja en su residencia nos ha dejado una buena pella que ahora estamos pagando nosotros y que ella ha estado calentitas todo el invierno y con luz gracias a que nosotros se lo hemos pagado. Seguro que sin mencionarte ya te conoce bien tu jefa, me consta que siempre andas pidiendo adelantos, lo siento pero no siento ninguna lastima por ti, solo quiero que nos pagues lo que debes.

My mother has been in this residence for two years and we are delighted with it. It pains me to read some of the comments, especially during this time of COVID. We must all do our part to keep the virus out, knowing that we won't always like certain decisions, but they are essential for the safety of our family members who are so vulnerable to this disease. The staff and management have always treated everyone well. The furniture seems very nice, and the cleanliness of the facilities and the residents—most importantly for me—is impeccable. The food cooked on-site is fantastic. I recommend it 100%.

I wanted to thank the staff, and especially Lamia, for the wonderful care my mother received at this residence. The doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists are all very professional, but above all, they are kind people who take excellent care of the elderly. After a bad experience elsewhere, this was completely different. It's the best place my mother could have been. We will always be very grateful. A place I would definitely recommend. Our brother has been there for almost a year, and we have to be thankful that since he's been there, he hasn't set foot in a hospital again, thanks to the medical care and the loving, caring attention he's received since day one, from the Center Director, the Social Worker, and the other caregivers. He's been against nursing homes his whole life, and now he doesn't want to leave. The important thing is that despite everything, he's happy. Thank you very much. Juana

Overall, it's good, but the furniture is showing its age. They should replace the chairs in the cafeteria and the outdoor seating. The furniture in the rooms is well past its prime, and the dust in the rooms needs to be cleaned more often. The entrance floor needs replacing, as many tiles are broken. The residents' comfort would be improved if they paid more attention to the decorative details; for example, the plants should be discarded when they dry out and replaced regularly, as their presence brightens their day. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the medical service is competent, and the food is tasty.
