My aunt stayed for three and a half years. She was very happy until her last day. The entire staff was excellent and very caring. Thank you all so much for your kindness.

My aunt was in this care home until her final days. The care she received was exceptional, even though her condition made her difficult to manage—as evidenced by the occasional bite from one of the staff members. Despite this, the care was wonderful, with patience and attention that went above and beyond what was expected. I must also mention that the doctor's care was outstanding. He kept me updated on my aunt's progress once or twice a week, which is not the norm. Therefore, in my opinion, the care and attention provided to our elderly residents is exceptional. I am forever grateful.

Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for making us feel at home. You've cared for my mother with such love, and I'll always be grateful. You are wonderful professionals: nurses, assistants, physiotherapists, doctors, cleaning staff, maintenance staff, cooks, management, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some staff. Thank you all for being with us, even during the most difficult times for me and my family, and saying goodbye to my mother, Ana María, the way she deserved.

Hello everyone, What can I say about the Gladiolos residence? It was my mother's home during her last years of life. I can only be eternally grateful for the care and affection she received from all the staff. I know her final moments weren't easy, but the staff knew how to take care of her and show her love. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything!!!

We moved my father out of there in two months, and we're so glad we left. There are some very kind and caring staff members, but overall, I didn't get the impression that my father was receiving the attentive care his condition required. I wouldn't put another family member in that residence, nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. We've noticed a huge difference compared to his new residence, where we're delighted with the professional care he's received.
