En 1990 se abrió la primera residencia en la zona de Arturo Soria, Ulises 60. Una preciosa construcción de piedra que ganó un premio de arquitectura y que tenía cabida para 25 personas. Pronto el aforo resultó insuficiente y ante la venta del solar contiguo se decidió su compra y dos años después 12 personas más se sumaron a las anteriores.
