My aunt was there for five years. I only have words of gratitude for each and every one of the professionals who work there. Their love, dedication, and time, which family members can't give, given the hectic life we live. I don't understand, nor do I share, the negative messages I just read. Hiding behind anonymity and spreading false accounts about wonderful people who are in their jobs and do a much better job than the family members themselves. In short, a wonderful team. Keep it up; for my aunt, you were the best.

I admitted my mother to this nursing home, and I have to highlight the cleanliness and excellent care from the staff. My mother was delighted with the good food, all home-cooked. They organize therapies for seniors, and she was entertained and cared for the entire time she was there. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother.

A magnificent residence, run by highly qualified professionals, with exquisite personal treatment, home-cooked food, personalized attention, and a wonderful atmosphere. It has a beautiful garden, and the interior feels like a true home.

At this nursing home in Moralzarzal, everyone is wonderful. Since we admitted my mother here in 2020, I haven't been able to stop thinking about how lucky we were to have a room available for her. Just two weeks after my mother was admitted, COVID arrived, and no one in the home became infected, neither residents nor staff. During the months we lived in confinement, it became a haven of safety, all thanks to preventive measures and the commitment of the entire staff. Not a single case of infection was recorded, an extraordinary achievement that stands in stark contrast to the horror experienced in other facilities where hundreds of people died. The staff is brilliant; they are all wonderful, starting with Pepa, followed by Merche, Alberto, Jenny, and the rest of the staff who work hard every day to take such good care of our beloved elderly. The food is made by them; it's homemade and looks delicious. At Christmas, they give them gifts, chocolate and churros, and throw them a small party. This year, my niece came to sing to them on Christmas Eve. A very, very special tribute to Merche, whom I love so much, always with a smile, always wonderfully kind, always divine... so much so that we've even become friends. Today they let us celebrate my mother's 95th birthday in the garden, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you, truly. The whole family is delighted to have my mother there with you. We know she's very well cared for.
