La Residencia El Balcón destaca por ofrecer una atención de calidad caracterizada por el profesionalismo, la calidez y el respeto hacia los residentes, con un equipo de cuidadores y personal administrativo que generan confianza y satisfacción en las familias. Las instalaciones están bien mantenidas y ofrecen actividades que mejoran la calidad de vida de los mayores, aunque presenta la limitación de no contar con espacios exteriores privados. En general, los usuarios recomiendan ampliamente la residencia por el cuidado integral y el ambiente acogedor que proporciona.

My mother has been in the care home for almost four years. We have been very happy with the affection, respect, and care she has received. My mother-in-law has been in this care home, and we've been very happy with the care and attention she received. From the beginning, it seemed like a welcoming place, and it has been. We've moved her to a public facility so it's closer to where we live. From Rosa, Eva, Valle, and Laura to all the other staff, they've given us peace of mind and provided any assistance we've needed. My mother-in-law was well cared for and monitored closely. I recommend it without hesitation.

Taking our grandparents to this residence was definitely the right decision. They both share a room and are very happy to be cared for 24 hours a day and to be surrounded by other residents with whom they participate in activities and are always entertained. Without a doubt, their quality of life and self-esteem have improved compared to living alone at over 80 years old. It doesn't have private outdoor spaces, but the avenue where it's located is quiet, and they are allowed to take walks and enjoy the sun during designated hours of the day.
