Opiniones

THIS IS NOT A MUNICIPAL RESIDENCE This review might not reach many people, but it could be the first step in raising awareness about the service offered and the broken promises. Staff is scarce, very scarce, and that says it all. Unfortunately, this residence is the only option for residents in this town to ensure our elderly have a better life and are cared for, close to their families. Let's hope that formal complaints can have a positive effect. Life isn't based on promises, it's based on actions...

I recently completed my internship as a care assistant at this residence! I was able to see firsthand the care everyone gives to the elderly residents, and I loved being able to learn from you all.

It leaves much to be desired; they don't have enough staff and leave the elderly without the care they need. Due to the staff shortage, there are many days when they are without doctors and nurses.

One star, but I really want to give it -1. It's a shame. They're playing with the needs of elderly people. It's deplorable. I'm completely disappointed and very saddened. I won't leave any further comments because words are unnecessary; whatever I say, the previous comments have already said it all...
