Opiniones

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the care and affection my father received during his stay at the residence. I especially want to thank Leo, who achieved so much with him in such a short time, always with patience and dedication; Lorena and Sergio, so caring and committed to his well-being; and Susana at reception, for her kindness and friendliness—thank you for giving me a hug when I needed it. And I mustn't forget the outstanding work done by each and every one of the staff at the center. You are a wonderful team—professional, compassionate, and dedicated. “THANK YOU ALL” A hug from Felipe Fdez.'s family.

We are very happy with the care my grandmother (Guadalupe) receives. The staff are all very kind and do a wonderful job. They always have activities planned for them and make sure they have a great time. At Christmas, for example, they had a small party on the 24th, singing carols, and on the 31st, we all ate the grapes together, took photos, sang… it was so much fun. They always have something special planned for them. Thank you so much to the whole team for the great work you do!

Good afternoon, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful team at this care home for the care they gave my mother-in-law. And for all the attention they gave us, her family. Exceptional behavior on every single shift. Thank you so much! Happy Holidays! 🎁🎄

Good evening, the nursing staff, like Marta from social services, called me the day before yesterday afternoon because they had more of my mother's medication. That's what they say, because they're not trying to make me look stupid. I have two boxes of five patches each for her pain, and she puts one on every three days. She's in the nursing home for eight days, and she left without a single patch on. They say it might have fallen off, even though I've been putting them on her for three years, and you have to pull them off really hard, even in the shower they don't come off. Using the rule of three, if it's 1 patch every 3 days x 8 (the number of patches I had), there are leftover patches. They're trying to make me believe they've returned them because they gave me a box, BUT THEY BOUGHT IT WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AT THE PHARMACY. SO THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED ANYTHING. THEY KEPT MY PIECES AND ALSO BOUGHT ANOTHER BOX ON THEIR OWN, WHICH IS THE ONE THEY RETURNED TO ME. Well, it's the same with the pills. They didn't return them; they kept what I brought. To make me believe they're returning them, I go to the pharmacy here in Torrejón de Velasco, and they've been taking out medication when I brought at least two boxes of each kind. SO WHAT MEDICATION ARE THEY SAYING THEY RETURNED TO ME? The pharmacy they have an agreement with, owned by Daniel Bautista Martinez, located at Calle Madrid 44 in Humanes, is incredibly clever. I should mention that he probably does this often. I spoke to him on the phone and asked why he dispensed medication using my mother's card. The gentleman, after I've already filed a complaint, snapped at me, "Ma'am, don't get so worked up. What difference does it make if your mother doesn't pay anything?" He said it to me in a very arrogant tone. The relatives of the people there should carefully check the medication slips they receive because that's where they buy the medication, and it might be for that person or to be shared among everyone. Of course, since they pay so little, nothing happens. It's a case of "I cook it, I eat it" situation. The pharmacy owner, who dispenses what they're asked for, gathers all the medication there, and that's where it ends up. If I had known, I would have sent it with just one pill; at least they'd have some reason to remove him from the pharmacy. For us, it was a rather unpleasant experience. In my opinion, the two receptionists, both named Susana, were the most helpful and kind; they did what they could. Thank you both. Otherwise, for the price, it leaves much to be desired, at least with my mother. And don't tell me she didn't get used to being there because I was there morning and afternoon. At least I know one thing: they didn't even realize my mother wasn't coming for dinner and was vomiting. But there was no communication because no one went to see why she wasn't coming for lunch or dinner. Of course, you don't see what's going on if you don't go there. Thanks for everything.

A great team of professionals and very caring service. I was very grateful to everyone, especially to Monica for her care and to the doctor for preparing the excellent medical report I needed, not to mention Susana's kindness. I recommend this nursing home; it's a trustworthy place to leave a loved one. A hug to everyone.
