I have a relative admitted here. The staff is wonderful, and the cleanliness and facilities are good. However, the food leaves much to be desired in terms of quantity. Sometimes, they can't even have two or three chicken nuggets for dinner, or a small piece of fish. This needs to be monitored and improved. It's a disgrace that they leave feeling hungrier than when they started eating. They say they're offered seconds, but only when there's leftover food. This information was corroborated by other residents who were in the courtyard, so it's not just one person's opinion. And "where there's smoke, there's fire." I'm not referring to the quality of the food at any point, only the quantity, because your response confuses those two things.

My mother has been in this care home for two years. During this time, the staff has treated her like family, always attentive to her needs. They are wonderful professionals in every area, maintaining close contact with the family.

It's been two months, but my aunt came from another care home in a very precarious state, and here they managed to make her feel alive again, even almost aware of her surroundings.
