Opiniones

This nursing home is NOT RECOMMENDED. The manager, Macarena, is extremely unprofessional. When you first meet her, she's incredibly friendly and helpful. But once your loved one is inside, there's no way to contact her; she doesn't answer calls or emails. If you want to speak to her, you have to chase her down. They advertise the excellent care they provide for the elderly, but then you see how poorly they are cared for. Some of my relative's clothes and a gold chain with a medal she'd had since she was a child disappeared. The manager never showed her face, no matter how much we tried to talk to her. The food is scarce, and the medical service is inadequate. They don't pay attention to the residents. They leave them in a chair all day, just waiting for the hours to pass. They have no comforts. 90% of the residents have dementia, something they should mention in the initial interview. The only exceptions are Vanesa, an exceptional caregiver, and Sonia, the nurse. If you care about your family member, find them another option; this place is not recommended at all.

A fantastic place, and the service is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

This care home is run at the whim of its employees and managers; they keep the residents sedated with pills all day, visits are difficult, and the phone is almost impossible to reach. It's one of the worst in Spain, with lamentable and shameful management.

Not recommended if you can afford another residence. Average and limited food. Terrible phone support. You have to call constantly and they might answer. When they do, they answer in a hurry, rudely, and not very pleasantly. They seem to be annoying. Little or no privacy. They offer hands-free calls.

Well, I was hoping it would be good. But I was so disappointed. First, there were very few staff members, the upstairs rooms were poor, the common areas were always crowded except for the garden, and the medical service was terrible. And nothing was prepared.
