La Residencia de ancianos Nuestra Señora del Pilar recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: la mayoría de usuarios alaba la calidad del trato, la limpieza, la profesionalidad del personal y el cuidado integral ofrecido, destacando especialmente el apoyo emocional y la seguridad que proporciona a los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una crítica severa que denuncia negligencias graves en la higiene y el cuidado cuando no hay supervisión familiar, lo que sugiere posibles inconsistencias en los estándares de atención de la residencia.

How could I not rate her highly... I only have good things to say about her. I only knew her for a year, unfortunately. I wish I could have continued going there; that would mean my mother would still be alive. Thank you all for meeting the needs that sometimes, due to the nature of our loved ones' illness or certain circumstances, we family members can't meet. It's clear that the emotional aspect—visits (essential), kisses, and all the love we can give them—is our job, the family's. But there are other important aspects, such as care and the security of feeling looked after if they're feeling ill, accompanied during times when family members can't—and you cover that perfectly. That's why I gave you five stars, because in my opinion, you deserve it. Thank you!!!

A star, why less, won't let me? Worse than a concentration camp. They don't let the grandparents go out into the yard, they leave them in the same diaper for a whole day, terrible care when family members aren't around... Anyone who wants to leave their elders in the hands of this passage of terror should think long and hard about it.
