I don't usually look at or post reviews, but I think the occasion warrants it. There's a lack of cleanliness, bad smells, terrible food, and they don't like visitors during mealtimes so you can't see what they're eating. They won't let them replace the TV, and clothes kept disappearing. It just so happens that two brand-new items of clothing NEVER turned up. When we found an alternative, we took the family member out.

Not recommended. Lights off, everything is dark. Clothes are wet in winter. In winter, the heating isn't always on because the elderly are more susceptible to overheating. The smell of damp and pipes is present as soon as you enter. They don't notify you if something happens to a family member. Poorly cooked meals... I don't recommend it.

We brought my mother here fresh from the hospital, very ill. The care she received couldn't have been better. The staff is incredibly kind; my mother had complete trust in them and told us she had absolutely no complaints, quite the opposite. Until her passing, they kept me fully informed about her progress and what they believed was best for her—a real peace of mind for me. And the residents are happy people who want to stay there and feel well cared for. No one wants to leave their loved one in a care home, but when there's no other option, this residence is the best choice. A huge thank you to Constanza, Carmen, Janet, Carlos, Christian, Charo and her Wednesday stews that my mother loved so much, and especially to Álex, whom my mother looked up to in Los Berrocales. I'm sure I'm forgetting someone, but I can't remember any more names. Thank you ♥️.

Poor conditions, old. The facilities smell bad. They're not serious. I made a reservation and was charged, but the person didn't use the space for personal reasons. They didn't refund my full money, even though I didn't use the facilities. Scam, unserious, and in poor condition. It needs a complete overhaul.

My parents have been at this center for five years, and the staff provides excellent care. They are very comfortable here and love the food. A friend also brought his mother, and she is equally happy.
