A terrible experience. My grandfather was in this care home and, honestly, I would never admit him again. The lack of coordination among the staff and the overall poor management made his stay very negative. There is clear disorganization that ends up affecting the residents and their families. I do not recommend it.

If you want your family member to not suffer in their final moments of life, it's best not to take them to this nursing home. The supervisor, and especially the doctor, have shown an appalling dereliction of duty and malpractice; she is completely useless.

My mother is in this care home and she is completely dependent. I just want to comment on the lack of... I don't know how to describe it (a lack of humanity). I arrived by ambulance with my mother after 18 days in the hospital. She can't speak or walk. We arrived around 8:30 pm. I was carrying all her hospital supplies, and when a receptionist and the ambulance driver finally managed to get her into bed, I helped an aide remove all the sheets and blankets she was wrapped in and kindly gave her some puree. My mother was exhausted, and after I'd given her three spoonfuls, the floor supervisor came up and kicked us out because visiting hours were until 8 pm. I tried to explain that I wasn't visiting that day and that we had just arrived from the hospital, but it didn't matter; I had to leave, and that was that. What can we call this attitude? Well... it's something you have to experience to understand... It's a shame.

The staff demonstrates exceptional commitment, providing care with empathy and compassion. The facilities are well-maintained. The variety of activities and programs ensures residents stay active and engaged. I love knowing my family is in good hands!
