My father has been in this care home for a year now, and he has adapted well to his new life after a stroke, thanks in large part to the work of the entire team. We are so grateful to everyone: the cleaning staff, the nursing assistants, the doctor, the social worker, and the management. And the physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and psychology staff have been phenomenal—they have helped him so much. Thank you!

On January 19, 2026, our brother Primitivo Gallego Madrid was admitted to Vitalia "Canillejas." Sadly, he passed away after 41 days; nothing could be done. The entire family expresses our gratitude to all the staff, especially the caregivers, for their compassionate care and dedication. Please never change; our elderly need people like you. Vitalia Canillejas residence is a pleasant place with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are known for their kindness and excellent care, always attentive and friendly to the residents. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and it's clear there's a genuine commitment to the residents' well-being. Many thanks to the entire team (Sole, Gema, Ruth, Loli, Maria, the Medical Service, and the Center's Management) for taking such good care of our mother over the years.

I went to see a friend the other day and the residence left much to be desired. Of course, I'll tell my children not to take me there... the rooms were dirty, and some of the staff weren't very professional. The only good thing was the receptionist, a very friendly brunette with straight hair, who, according to my friend, treats everyone very well.
