My mother entered the Casa Mayor residence in December 2024 and stayed until February 2026. From the first day, I felt protected by the entire team led by Flor: an impressive professional, caring, approachable, and self-assured. Reporting to her is a whole professional team: doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. Carlos, Maia, Andrés, Mario, Maite, and all the others—whose names I don't recall—always treated me well. A special mention goes to Aleksandra, the social worker. We had some tough times and some very rewarding ones, but above all, thank you so much for your dedication and kindness. You are wonderful. And I've saved for last, as they were the first people I saw on every visit to the residence: my favorite receptionists, Arantxa and Valentín. They were never rude, always caring, welcoming, always smiling, and of course, taking care of every detail for all of us. Since my mother, due to her cognitive decline, cannot thank you for your care herself, I am doing so on her behalf. I wish you all the best and congratulations on your work.

Team Recognition On behalf of my father and our entire family, we wish to express our sincere gratitude to the entire nursing home staff. Their dedication and caring for the elderly are truly admirable. In a very special way, my father wanted us to publicly recognize the work of Caroline and María Jesús. Their treatment was, in his own words, "the best." Their constant attention, kindness, and professionalism made his entire stay feel like home. He insisted that their excellent work not go unnoticed and be reflected in this thank you. Our deepest gratitude to them and to all the staff who, with their daily dedication, make such a positive difference in the lives of those they care for.

My mother recently finished a temporary stay and felt welcomed, well-treated, and generally happy. They catered to her needs. The diagnosis and treatment plan were spot-on in her areas of greatest need. She hasn't lost any functionality despite the significant change that institutionalization entails. The effects of the stimulation therapies and socialization are even noticeably positive. Because it's a small to medium-sized facility, the atmosphere is quite welcoming and personal.

Today, November 18, 2025, my mother moved into this residence. Having visited several, I can't say I've found a residence with such a professional and caring team. They have welcomed my mother in an exceptional way, nothing like the elite Sanitas residences. My mother is now in the care of a wonderful team of people and professionals. Today, January 26, we had to leave this wonderful residence because the Community of Madrid (CAM) has assigned us a residence closer to our home. It was truly sad to have to leave a residence where we were so comfortable. Many thanks to the entire team at Casa Mayor Residence; you are all spectacular.

We want to thank the staff at the care home for the way they treated our mother. This includes Arancha and Valentín at reception, Sandra, the social worker, María Jesús and all her colleagues (please forgive us, we don't remember everyone's name), Ginel and the rest of the cleaning staff, and especially Flor, the assistant director, for their professionalism and for handling complicated and urgent situations promptly, with care and empathy.
