Thanks to all the nursing home staff for the excellent treatment I received, including the management staff, social workers, healthcare workers (doctor, nurses, psychologist, physiotherapist), receptionists, assistants, housekeepers, entertainers, cooks, cleaners, maintenance staff, and more. My father spent eight months in their care. Unfortunately, he passed away yesterday. However, during that time, I felt like they were part of my family: they knew who my family was, they knew me by name, and my father improved from some injuries and regained some mobility in his legs. I never saw a bad word or a bad gesture, but I did see "GREAT PROFESSIONALS." I want to be very clear about this. At all times, they informed me of any incident, improvement, or deterioration. My father was happy and said the food was very good, and it's true, since I ate there with him on several occasions. Not all nursing homes offer the option of dining with your family member within their facilities. This makes things much easier for families, because if they have limited mobility, you can spend more time with them. Thank you ❤️ I will always be grateful.

My mother-in-law got a place at this care home, and honestly, we're very happy with them. Since she moved in, she's been stable, although she obviously still has her crises. You can tell they're professional and that she's well cared for. It's true that it's a bit far from where we live, but we're so happy with the care home and have so much confidence in them that we haven't considered moving her anywhere else. Thank you so much for everything!

My sister just called me from there. She went to see her husband, who suffered several strokes and left Hestia Hospital in very bad shape and very badly treated, weighing only 40 kilos. After four months in that place, which isn't bad...it's terrible. However, here, in just two days, he's even moving around well with a cane, and the food and treatment are on another level. So, know that from abroad, we also thank you for your excellent care, and I hope that Hestia Hospital in Madrid closes or fires everyone, from the janitor to the director.
