A very welcoming and family-oriented residence, with a friendly and personal approach to both residents and their families. My grandmother settled in perfectly from the very first moment, which was a pleasant surprise for everyone, although we already knew it was a highly reputable residence, as my grandfather had been there years ago and we were very satisfied with the care he received from all the staff.

Due to financial reasons, I had to move her, and she fondly remembers how well the caregivers treated her and misses them dearly. As for the two people who run the residence, I have nothing but praise for them. They are incredibly kind and compassionate, and whenever I've had a problem, they've resolved it promptly. It's a small care home, which makes for a very personal touch. They were always very attentive to my grandfather and the family. Taking a family member to a care home isn't easy and creates fears about whether they'll be well cared for, but with them, those doubts quickly disappeared. My grandfather adapted quickly and grew very fond of the staff. And they all helped us and treated us very well until the last day we went to collect his belongings.

I am so grateful for the care my father received. The management of the residence was serious and responsible. The owners and staff are sensitive, warm, and professional with both residents and their families. Because it's a small residence, the atmosphere is welcoming and makes settling in easier. My father made two great friends there and, of course, had his favorite caregivers, and he was especially fond of the occupational therapist for her warm and dedicated care. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
