    We brought my aunt to the Prado del Rey nursing home six months ago, and it was an excellent decision. The staff is very attentive and always willing to help. The facilities are modern and very welcoming, which has helped my aunt adapt quickly. She participates in many activities that keep her active and happy. We have noticed a significant improvement in her overall well-being since joining Prado del Rey. Furthermore, the director, Adriana, is very friendly to the family and always attentive to our concerns, which gives us great peace of mind. We are very grateful for the care and dedication she receives daily. We definitely recommend this nursing home.

    Penoso, hubo un cambio de dirección y empleados/as y el trato hacia mi abuelo cambió por completo. Pasó de estar feliz a sentirse incómodo y querer dar propinas a los cuidadores sospechosamente. Después de un tiempo tuvimos que cambiarle de residencia y encima no se dignan a devolver la fianza después de 3 meses a un pobre anciano de 96 años. Las buenas valoraciones de esta residencia se deben a la anterior gerencia, no recomiendo nada. Es cuanto menos curioso que desde que se ha llenado de comentarios negativos esta residencia han empezado a salir comentarios nuevos positivos cuando la residencia es muy pequeñita y cuando desde hace un año no tenían ninguno positivo .     I took my grandmother to this residence a few months ago, and it was an excellent decision. The staff is very attentive and always willing to help. She participates in many activities that keep her active and happy. I've noticed that the director, Adriana, is very approachable and always attentive to our concerns, which gives me great peace of mind. She has genuine compassion and empathy, something I haven't seen in other residences. I sincerely recommend it.

    There are few caregivers, although they try their best. It's customary to tip for better service. Meals are repeated far too often. The facilities are old and urgently need renovation, including windows, light switches, and electrical outlets, not to mention a fresh coat of paint. Management is appalling: they increasingly restrict visiting hours, create obstacles when a resident leaves, and refuse to return deposits. Reviews are meant to convey users' impressions of an establishment, whether or not the management likes the content. They should take note to improve their service and stop offering personal responses in negative reviews. But it's clear there's no intention to improve with that attitude. It's deplorable.

    My grandmother has been there for four months, and we are very happy with the care and attention she receives. She considers it her home and always tells us that she is treated with great love. The nursing home staff is always very helpful and ready to help with anything she may need.
