Opiniones

CARE My father-in-law spent just over a month there before he died. I wish he hadn't ended up in that nursing home, where, among other things, they want to charge us €176 for medication today to give him when: 1. That medication was subsidized; 2. My deceased father-in-law won't be taking that medication. The care is disgraceful; they ignore everything. I recommend buying your family members head and hip protectors, even though they'll lose them or give them to someone else, as well as anti-bedsore cushions and so on. They "lose" everything, but no one takes responsibility, and the best part is the manager, who covers her back like God. I wouldn't leave her in charge of my fish. It's the worst nursing home I've ever seen in my life.

Hello, my aunt has been in this care home for a few years. The overall service is quite good, but based on my own experiences, think twice before admitting your family members to this facility, especially if they need any medical attention, monitoring, or special care. The medical staff is not only practically nonexistent, but what little attention they provide is negligent. I'm sharing this from personal experience; a few days ago, we had to take my aunt to the hospital when she was on the verge of collapse because the center had been ignoring her symptoms for almost three days. In short: They're busy filling cemeteries. Be very careful.

The staff were generally fantastic, and the accommodations, food, and facilities were good. However, the medical service they provide is extremely poor and lacks compassion. They let my grandmother die due to medical negligence, leaving her lying in her room, and so on. Investing your money and your parents' money in this place is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. The most painful thing was watching my grandmother die because of that "doctor" who could have been doing cross-stitch instead.

Sadly, my grandmother passed away today. They let her die due to malpractice by the doctor, if you can even call it that. She had severe dementia and didn't deserve to die in those circumstances. If you read this review, please don't choose this place for your loved ones to spend their final days. Rest in peace, Grandma.

At this residence, the reception is fantastic, the staff is fantastic but insufficient, and the food is good. What I really don't recommend is the medical service, which leaves much to be desired. My mother is currently hospitalized because she wasn't receiving proper care. If you can, look for another residence, because in this respect, it's not just bad, it's very, very bad, and because of one person who doesn't do their job well, the rest, who as I said are fantastic, pay the price. Thank you. Oh, and if you ask for complaint forms, be aware that they must be the official ones from the Community of Madrid. If they don't provide them, contact the Civil Guard so they can file a report, since by law, and belonging to the Community of Madrid, they have an obligation—and I repeat, an obligation—to have them available to anyone who requests them. Thanks again. And I repeat, the medical service is appalling, bad, malpractice, and everything else you can say about the doctor at the residence. I think she was the last in her graduating class. The Bouco company doesn't know what a gem they have, and they claim to be professionals. I wouldn't wish this doctor on anyone. It's degrading for any dependent person who can't complain. I hope this review is read in many places so people don't get fooled. Health is sacred. Oh, and let everyone know that this residence doesn't respond to bad reviews. I think the management—if you can even call it that, because management leaves much, much to be desired—doesn't even look at them. So, you know, they don't even look at the bad reviews. Only the good ones, and those are from years ago, not recent. Unfortunately, now it's much worse, by far. Personally, the first thing I would replace immediately is the management of the center, and the second thing I would replace with immediate effect is the medical team. Absolutely shameful. Thank you. If I had to go to a nursing home, I would definitely avoid this one. That's the truth, and nothing but the truth. Sadly, my mother has already passed away, and at least she won't have to suffer anymore in that nursing home, especially on the third floor, which is a nightmare. I hope no one ever has to go through what we went through. Sending lots of love and hugs to those families in the same situation we were in with my mother. Much support to those families.
