Opiniones

My 91-year-old mother spent the last year of her life in this nursing home, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire team. From day one, she felt well cared for and respected. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and committed to her well-being, both physical and emotional. In difficult times, such as her deteriorating health, we received support and affection, not only for her, but also for us as a family.

My gratitude for the excellent treatment and care received during the nearly three years my mother lived here until her passing on November 23rd. We will always remember you fondly.

I have a relative there, and I know it's difficult to deal with elderly people, etc. But... few staff, bad food, poor cleaning, furniture, beds, etc. Total chaos in the laundry room. Other people's clothes appear or disappear. Some staff members are friendly and helpful, but others... have already suggested my relative look elsewhere, all because he complains... which he has a right to do. And it's expensive, very expensive.

My mother, Delfina, stayed there a few years ago, and I have nothing bad to say about it, except that they were short-staffed. But the manager, Ana, the medical staff, and the caregivers did everything they could. It's expensive, but that's the least of it. What matters most is the care and affection shown to the residents.
