GERIASA Brunete destaca por su excelente atención integral y trato humano hacia los residentes, con un equipo multidisciplinario dedicado (médicos, fisioterapeutas, psicólogos y personal de apoyo) que brinda cuidados personalizados incluso en situaciones complejas como postoperatorios o cuidados paliativos. Aunque algunos residentes han experimentado dificultades iniciales de adaptación, la residencia logra superar estas barreras con tiempo y profesionalismo, ofreciendo instalaciones limpias, buena alimentación y espacios agradables como jardines y patios

My mother spent three years in this residence. The beginning was tough because of the adjustment, but it got much better afterward. She always told me she felt very loved, cared for, and supported. I just wanted to say that the experience was very positive, and I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. Thank you so much for everything; I will always remember you. On behalf of my family, myself, and my mother, Rosario Córdoba, I want to express my gratitude for the care and treatment she received. The beginning was difficult, as she arrived having undergone ankle surgery, unable to walk, and very anxious. She had trouble sleeping and adapting to the clinic area, where she was closely monitored. After some time, once she was moved to a regular ward, she improved considerably. We are very grateful to her doctors, especially Dr. Mamadou, who always called me if anything happened, for his attention and help. We also thank the supervisors, nurses, nursing assistants, cafeteria staff, receptionists, cleaning staff, maintenance staff—everyone—for their kindness and compassion. They have a very welcoming and clean residence with wonderful food; I can vouch for that, as I've eaten there with her several times. I especially want to thank Juan Pedro, the physiotherapist, for his excellent work. He did everything possible to help her walk again, which she is now doing, albeit with a walker and some difficulty, and of course, the entire physiotherapy team. She would have needed more time, but since it was temporary, she could only stay for three months. Had she been able to continue longer, which we would have loved, she would have recovered more. We are also grateful to the director and to Carmen, the social worker, who was wonderful to us. The patio and gardens, where we can go out with the residents to get some fresh air and sunshine, are a blessing. We already miss you, especially my mother, Rosario, who was very fond of you all. My sincerest thanks to the entire team during the last two years of my mother's (Carmen Díaz) life for the care, attention, and affection they showed her (cleaners, entertainment staff, waitresses, receptionists, assistants, physiotherapists, supervisors, director...) and especially to Ana the psychologist and the doctors, who are such wonderful professionals. She thoroughly enjoyed her time there, both in the cafeteria and in the beautiful garden. Wherever my mother is, she wants to thank you all too ❤️
