My grandmother is in that care home, and it's a disgrace. There's a serious lack of hygiene in the care of the residents. We've reported countless times that her wheelchair is dirty, and after a month, it's still the same. Since she's been there, her health has deteriorated. From the moment she wakes up until they take her to bed, she's stuck in her wheelchair, which has left her unable to even move her neck. They don't interact with her, so her mood has worsened considerably. When we go to see her, she's dirty, her eyes are sore, and she's completely neglected. No matter how much we talk to and warn the caregivers, they do nothing, and their response is that they're overwhelmed and short-staffed. If you can avoid it, don't take your family members there.

I will always be very grateful for the love and care my family member received from Director Eva Mesa when she was the nursing home's psychologist. I will also be grateful for all her help and support whenever I needed it. She is an excellent professional. A small hotel-style residence with spacious facilities, several lounges, various weekly activities, and an ideal setting with a park and shopping center nearby. The staff goes out of their way to attend to and help immediately. They are very attentive, dedicated, and friendly. They are committed to providing excellent care for those with high dependency needs, with gentleness, care, and affection. They are well cared for, and the staff is attentive to everyone. My mother has been there for two years and they're understaffed, so the residents are very poorly cared for. There are no assistants, and they take away personal belongings, money, jewelry, etc. During holidays—Easter, summer, Christmas—they're understaffed and serve breakfast very late. You complain and nothing changes, but that's normal; it's a vulture fund and they're not interested in caring for the residents, only in making money. Please demand a public facility.
