Hello! My grandmother Maria has been in this residence for nine months, and we are very happy with the care she receives. The staff are attentive, caring, and always looking out for the residents. They also organize many activities that keep them active and happy. It's a place where you can see the effort and dedication of the entire team. Thank you for everything you do!

My father, who has cognitive impairment and diabetes, has been in this care home twice. The first time was two years ago, and everything went very well. He improved so much that I was able to take him home, but after a while, his condition worsened again, and I trusted this care home once more. Big mistake. The management has changed, and now everything is much worse. They promised me a discount, but after six months, they haven't applied it even once. When I call, it's all excuses. At first, they treated my father very well, but lately, they haven't been attending to him. His blood sugar is extremely high, they aren't monitoring his medication, he wears dirty clothes, and he goes around without a diaper because no one is helping him. IT'S SHAMEFUL. Especially since we're paying a fortune for my father to receive proper care. It's a disgrace.

HORRIBLE!!! Don't be fooled!! TERRIBLE!!! If you really love your elderly, don't do this to them and find a better place. Absolute lack of control, unqualified staff, unlicensed management, constant change of doctors and staff because they can't stand the level of stress the administration puts them under, continuous medication errors, and terrible food. Look at the photos I attached. For example: Peas with onions instead of ham! Dry ham with greasy fries! A tiny, greasy chicken drumstick... that's why they don't let family members eat in the dining room so you can't see what they do, how they feed them, and the treatment the patients receive. Without a doubt, the worst of all is the terrible management, and the coordinator "ALBERTO" or the director, who lacks the training or qualifications to run a center and lets him do and make decisions, given his apathy for his job, is to blame for all the chaos that reigns there. It's impossible to talk to her; she's never there, and you always have to deal with the coordinator. If you complain, your family member will suffer... Don't be fooled by their kind words. They're just words that will be blown away, and nothing will change. They laugh at family members when they're not there and even call them names. Here, your family member is nothing more than a number, and they're only seen as a money-making machine. If you only go for a quick visit or don't spend time there, you don't realize what's really going on... the poor workers who talk to family members too much or "too much"... are disciplined or have their shifts changed. A terrible experience, which, thank God, we were able to escape. Don't make our mistake and don't be fooled; there are other alternatives. Your elders definitely deserve better.

1 message: It's impossible to sleep because of the noise from the air conditioning. We've been complaining for over two months, but they don't care. If the neighbors can hear it, I don't even want to imagine what it must be like in the residence's rooms. It's 3:30 in the morning and it's still running. They don't even bother to turn it off at night anymore. Reply to your message: For you to tell us that the noise can't be heard from outside is a disgrace. As we can see from the reviews, several neighbors are complaining through this channel, and some have even gone to the town hall to complain. What's unacceptable is having to listen to the noise your air conditioning units make, even with the windows closed... It's December and we're still in the same situation; there's little interest in fixing it. We're adding a video as a Christmas gift so you can see the noise you claim isn't there...

I had a relative in this residence and the truth is that everything was super wonderful, the care of all the staff was more than 10, thank you very much for taking care of our elders so well.
