Opiniones

I can't give more stars because there aren't any, but I'm giving a 10. With the sadness and emptiness of losing my mother, Mili, I have to thank you all for the care she received, from the doctor to the supervisor, and of course the morning (Monday-Friday) and afternoon (Night-Saturday) assistants, for the wonderful treatment you gave her and us in just the month she was with you, unfortunately. I just want to tell you to keep working the same way because you are WONDERFUL. A million thanks to all of you.

Hello, my mother is Dolores Manuela López Aledo. She passed away on June 10th, 2025. 🕊️ She died at the Deleite nursing home in Aranjuez. At 65 years old, her health had been deteriorating since she arrived at this residence. Bringing her here was the worst decision I ever made... no one wants to take responsibility, and they let her die... justice! I don't want likes or comments from the same people who always reply... I'm not doing this for that reason; I'm doing it because my mother deserved to live and be cared for... Don't bring your loved ones here; it's a sinister nursing home.

With sadness for the loss of my mother "Conchi" on 05/10/2025 I have no choice but to thank the DomusVi family, which is ALL the workers who are and have passed through her home (as she said when referring to the Residence) during the more than 20 years that they have been together. At 94 years old, she has left a very important place for us and I know that for you too. You are wonderful. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your attention, dedication and love that is reflected in the residents. THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND A THOUSAND THANKS.

I don't know how to begin explaining this. I'm going to skip the periods and commas because I'm at a loss for words. My sister passed away on June 10th of this month. She had pre-existing conditions, but every time my disabled niece called, they requested an ambulance because there were no resources available. I hope this doesn't go unpunished. The simple act of the social worker telling us to take my sister's body—which is what the removal of the body is—my siblings and I were told was incomprehensible. Honestly, I will continue to post reviews because I haven't recovered at all. Just the fact that this woman told us to take her down to the basement, where they had air conditioning, after my sister was already showing signs of stiffness and rigor mortis in her neck, is giving me nightmares. And neither my siblings nor I even held her. She had a fever of 41 degrees Celsius and had been ill for five days at this nursing home. They didn't call or do anything to save her life. When they finally called, it was too late. My sister had already passed away, and they couldn't send an ambulance. I will continue to post reviews because I haven't recovered at all. When we went there, they told us my sister didn't have funeral insurance, which we had no idea about since supposedly when you take a resident, that has to be up to date. It was a real ordeal; my daughter started pulling strings from funeral home to funeral home. I have a lump in my throat because when we went downstairs, this woman came back down and said the funeral home needed staff to lift my sister's body, and she looked at all of us as if to say we had to do it ourselves. I'm so sorry, since we had spoken with the funeral home staff, but we didn't have the courage to move my sister. I'm saying all this because I'm asking you to please look out for your families. This residence is not adequate; they don't have doctors, and they even told us that the doctors had the right to take time off, and many other things.

It's a protected building with a lot of history, it's very well maintained inside, it's great.
