I want to thank the staff at this residence for all the care they have given me. From Jacqueline, the social worker, to Dr. Nereyda, the nurses Alfredo and Ruben, the assistants, the cleaning staff, Francisco from maintenance and reception, Sara and Isabel... the therapists and physiotherapists, not forgetting the supervisor, Maritzsa, everyone has been very kind to me and efficient in attending to my requests. I would like to see the catering service improved. Thank you all. Margarita

My mother was only here for six months, as she passed away from dementia, but I can only express my deepest gratitude to all the staff, from social services to the doctors (Nereyda and Valeria), the nursing team, and of course, all the caregivers. A million thanks for the special care she received in her final days and for ensuring her passing was peaceful and without any suffering. I will never be able to repay you for what you did these past months.

My father spent nearly a year in this nursing home until his death, and I can only express my gratitude to the entire staff, especially to the person who manages the admissions. I won't mention her, but she knows exactly who she is. She demonstrates unsurpassed humanity and a way of doing things. From the first day, despite the difficult nature of separating from a loved one, everything was easy. My father's adaptation was perfect, to the point that he never wanted to leave this nursing home. He created a second family thanks to the good work of the entire staff: caregivers, receptionists, doctors, entertainment staff, etc., and many colleagues who were in the same situation as him. I would also like to highlight the activities offered at the center, which allow residents to feel like PEOPLE, as they encourage active aging. As I said, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. RIP

Yesterday, an aunt who turned 100 went to heaven. She stayed at this wonderful and extraordinary nursing home. It was always a pleasure for everyone to visit her and see the love and care she received day and night, always with smiles. They provided medical care, delicious food, and constant loving attention. Our gratitude and admiration are everlasting.

My mother suffered a serious fall yesterday at the bus stop in front of the Sanitas Torrelodones Senior Residence. I would especially like to thank the doctor and nurse for their professionalism and first aid care after my mother's accident. I'm sorry I didn't ask for their names, but I hope they receive my sincere and heartfelt thanks. How wonderful the care with which they treated her and the reassuring advice they gave us. Congratulations to both of them.
