Opiniones

Very disappointed. A relative of mine was there, and I can't say anything good about the center. It's due to a lack of staff as the number one problem. I don't want to cause any more trouble.

The staff are wonderful and you can tell they care about the elderly. The center is very well located and parking is easy (which is saying something in Pozuelo!).

Everything is clean and tidy, it's a pleasure to walk in. My grandma says she eats better here than at home, haha. Highly recommended.

It was a good residence at first. As time went on, the care deteriorated, and the quality of service declined. At first, my mother was very clean and everything was fine, but things started to get much worse. They would take her downstairs without a diaper on several occasions, and we would tell them, but it would happen again. Not only that, but sometimes she would be without socks, in dirty clothes, etc. The rooms were more or less okay, but they weren't well-maintained. For example, in my mother's room, the lamp was broken, and the TV remote was broken. They didn't clean her hands, and many times my mother was agitated, and they would say they couldn't shower her and that we had to go and do it ourselves, which I don't think is right after paying 2,800 euros a month. The final straw was three falls in 15 days, and that was the last straw that led us to decide to move her to another residence. The problem is that so many residents can't be properly cared for with so few staff. And the turnover of assistants on the plants was so high that you'd see a different one every time lately. I don't recommend R2 for the price they pay.

Very disappointed. My grandmother has a vision problem. We told the nursing home, and within half an hour, medical services arrived to tell her she needed to be taken to the hospital urgently. If we don't speak up for the family, no one lifts a finger... disappointing for a 5-star hotel (and in Pozuelo...)
