Hello, good morning. I'm Maribel, María Rosa López Martínez's niece. First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude for the care my aunt received during her stay at the residence. Especially during the last two or three days, when she was sedated in the ICU, which I witnessed firsthand, I need you to extend my enormous thanks to all the professionals who were there, both on the morning, afternoon, and night shifts—nurses and assistants—for the respect and affection with which they treated my aunt. My most sincere and eternal thanks to Tetyana (the head housekeeper), a truly professional, for her concern and empathy. I reiterate my sincere gratitude. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the care and attention shown to my relative by the staff at the residence from the very beginning. Our aunt lives there, and while it was initially a difficult decision due to her health, we are so happy that she is residing in your facility. We want to thank all the staff for their hard work with her, from the nursing and support staff to Tatiana and Nuria, who have been with us every step of the way since the start and continue to be so. The affection with which everyone treats our relative gives us peace of mind and makes us happy because we see that she is very content. Whenever we visit, they keep us updated on how she is doing or how she has been feeling in recent days, and they keep us informed at all times, as communication between the family and the residence is very direct, which gives us great confidence and peace of mind. Our aunt always tells us that she is comfortable and at peace, that she feels heard and cared for, and above all, that she loves the place and walking in the gardens.
