My experience at the residence has been excellent. I especially want to highlight the work of the activities team and the occupational therapists. Their dedication, warmth, and care are evident in their daily work. I particularly want to thank Paula, whose professionalism, patience, and compassionate approach make a huge difference. Thanks to her and the rest of the team, the activities are motivating, personalized, and greatly contribute to the residents' well-being. I want to express my deep gratitude for the care and affection shown by the entire staff to my mother in her final months. It was a difficult decision for us to move her from another nursing home in the same group, where she had been for seven years, so we could be closer to her as her dependency grew, and we couldn't be happier we did.
