AN EXPERIENCE THAT TRANSCENDS TRAINING: MY HEART REMAINS HERE. I have just finished my nursing internship at this residence, and I find it impossible to express myself without profound emotion. More than a healthcare facility, I have discovered a home where the word "residence" takes on its true meaning: living with love. From the very first day, the atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming. The entire team, from the director to the newest member of staff, is exceptional. I have witnessed the treatment of the residents, who are respected and cared for with a dignity that is truly moving; and the unconditional support given to families, who find comfort, peace, and confidence here. It is an example of how elder care should be. But if there is anyone who has marked my path forever, it is Laura, the nurse. She is much more than an excellent nursing professional; above all, she is a wonderful person with a level of humanity that is rare these days. In a world where time is often scarce, Laura is the very definition of patience. With immense calm and dedication, she has taught me not only the best techniques and protocols, but also the essence of this profession: the art of caring with heart. The way she goes out of her way for each resident and colleague, the dedication with which she approaches her work, her problem-solving skills, and her ability to always see the light in every situation… she is a true source of inspiration, a role model, both as a person and as a professional. Laura puts a special kind of love into everything she does. Thank you, Laura, for reminding me why I chose this path, and thank you to the care home for giving me this incredible opportunity.

Today I finished my internship at Grupo Casablanca, located at Avenida Victoria 36, Madrid. I'm leaving so happy to have learned so much, thanks to the team of assistants, supervisors, nurses, and all the staff who welcomed me with such love from the very first moment. I've had a wonderful few days, because everything is easy when it's organized and you work as a team. The atmosphere is fantastic; there's so much life in the facility, with residents receiving visitors every day. I will always remember you all. Thank you so much! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The center is very nice, welcoming, and the staff is friendly; my aunt was well cared for. However, they need to be more careful and rigorous with certain staff members who engage in indecent acts during working hours, which cannot be tolerated in a nursing home, even for health reasons. They need to increase their screening and monitoring of these staff members.

I've been so lucky to meet you all... It's a very difficult situation, but with you, anything is possible... You treat my father better than any of us family could, and we see that with every visit. He's doing great, well cared for, and very clean... Finally, thank you, Nerea, for being so kind and always showing such affection to all the grandparents... Highly recommended!

The Casablanca Residence in Madrid is like a big family, from its director to its support staff. I especially want to highlight its physiotherapist, Maria Jesus, who was my clinical placement supervisor. She is a highly professional, hardworking, and passionate person. On a personal level, she stands out for her kind heart and positive values, which she consistently shares with the other staff members. It has undoubtedly been a privilege to learn from her, and I hope my future placement colleagues enjoy and learn as much as I have. In short, the Casablanca Residence in Madrid is a wonderful place full of excellent healthcare professionals, but above all, wonderful people.
