In our initial meeting, she provided me with comprehensive information, and her approach was exceptional. She answered each of my many questions with endless patience. I was so fortunate to have found her during a time of great emotional crisis.

My father was at the El Plantío residence throughout 2025, until his passing in January. During that year, he received the care and affection that children seek when they need to place their parents in a care home. We knew from the start that we had made the right choice in selecting Casablanca de El Plantío, as all the staff—housekeepers, assistants, doctors, and nurses—who cared for him, dedicated their utmost effort and affection to ensuring he received excellent care tailored to his needs. They also adapted to his personality and situation with empathy and compassion. I can only express my deepest gratitude to them for this.

I've been looking for a DAY center for my mother, which isn't an easy task at a certain age, given the response and adaptation, and it raises many questions. This center already had a head start, because my father was there once, and the experience was very positive, thanks to the facilities, the friendly treatment, and the approachable staff, something that hasn't changed after 12 years. From the first moment I spoke with the center, through Noelia Ferrer, the Center Coordinator, everything was easy, and all our questions were answered with kindness and professional empathy. We appreciate the treatment received, and it's been a great help in my mother's daily life.

The center is very nice, welcoming, and the staff is friendly; my aunt was well cared for. However, they need to be more careful at El Plantío and be more rigorous with certain staff members who commit indecent acts during working hours. This cannot be tolerated in a nursing home, even for health reasons. They need to increase their screening and security measures, please.

The purpose of this letter is to congratulate Miguel, whom I don't know personally, but with whom I speak every day when I call to chat with my father. His politeness, his kindness, his willingness to help at all times, even his vibrant and youthful voice, convey to me a sense of tranquility, familiarity, and closeness that I so desperately need, since my illness prevents me from traveling to see and hug my father as I would like. Miguel's attitude goes beyond simply answering the phone; he inspires confidence that my father and his wife are in the best hands. He will do just as well in any position he holds at the Residence, because he puts his heart and soul into everything he does. Please give my regards to Encarni and Andrea, two guardian angels who have earned their place in Heaven, and who are truly admirable for their dedication, empathy, and love for my father.
