Opiniones

My grandmother was admitted to this nursing home on September 30th, healthy, with no physical problems. My brother and I go see her every day. On Saturday, October 4th, my grandmother hasn't urinated or vomited in two days while I was with her. She's cognitively absent. I request a medical check-up, the nurse on duty takes her vitals, and they're fine. On Sunday, my brother goes to see her, and she's better. On Monday morning at 10:00, they call us to take her to the hospital because one of her lungs isn't working. We arrive at the hospital, and by 12:00, she's dead. Six days in the nursing home. We ask for her belongings, and they give us half; they don't know where the rest is. I request a medical report twice. Today, October 21st, I call to ask what's happening with my grandmother's belongings and for her report. They tell me she's there, but that a bra is missing. I ask them how is that possible if it's identified and labeled because there wasn't even time to put it on. And they tell me things go missing, without any tact. This residence is not responsible for the safekeeping of family members' belongings, even if all clothing has been marked and inventoried. My grandmother was only there for six days and passed away. Please don't overlook this. Thank you.

It's not like the photos show. The bathrooms in the rooms are usually dirty, the rooms are rarely tidy, and the floor is covered in dust bunnies and food stains that can stay there for days without anyone cleaning them. For those who are able to move around, there is some entertainment, as they can go downstairs on their own where things are done. However, people with limited mobility are left sitting from the moment they wake up until they go to bed, without any kind of activity or interaction. They're only given the TV by sheer luck, because most of the time everyone is silent and clearly bored. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I want to express my gratitude for the excellent care my father received from the care home during his 20-month stay. I also want to thank all the staff for their support and kindness towards my father and my family in the final moments of his life. I will be eternally grateful. I can only say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, and THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart ❤️😘

From day one, we've noticed their professionalism and personal touch. The staff is always attentive, which is very reassuring.
