AMAVIR Villaverde recibe principalmente opiniones muy positivas de las familias, quienes destacan la dedicación, profesionalismo y trato cálido del equipo completo (enfermeros, cuidadores, trabajadores sociales, psicólogos y personal de limpieza), creando un ambiente familiar donde los residentes se sienten bien atendidos y seguros. Sin embargo, una reseña muy negativa reporta experiencias problemáticas de atención médica y de cuidado que resultaron en hospitalizaciones repetidas, sugiriendo inconsistencias en la calidad de los servicios prestados a ciertos residentes.

Good afternoon, my family would like to express our gratitude to this Center for its dedication, professionalism, and care for our mother, Patrocinio. You have been our family to her, as well as to us, and a great help during the most difficult times due to personal circumstances. Our gratitude extends to the entire staff, but I would like to highlight Eva's great work for her warmth, without disrespecting anyone at the Center, as everyone has contributed to making my mother feel at home. Thank you all for your support and time.

I wrote a few days ago to thank the staff for the care my mother received, but I mistakenly gave it two stars. When I tried to correct it, I deleted the message I wanted to send. My mother has been here for two months, and so far, we are very grateful for the care she has received, both my mother and us children. This includes the social workers, psychologist, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, cleaning staff (everything is very clean), and the laundry staff, whose housekeeping staff ensures it runs as smoothly as possible. Finally, the reception staff are always kind and helpful with anything we ask for. Therefore, we thank all the staff for caring for our mother with such affection, as this is the most important thing for her when home care becomes impossible. Thank you.

My mother was admitted two weeks ago, and I can only speak highly of the center, and especially the staff. The center has a great, dedicated team, deeply committed to their work, and committed to providing safety and peace of mind for both the family and the person admitted to the center. We have had and continue to have tremendous support from the entire staff, including social workers, the center's psychologist, nursing staff, assistants, and, above all, the center's director—a wonderful person who is committed and concerned about her well-being, providing a very close, family-like treatment. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone who asks.

A terrible experience; I am very disappointed. My mother was admitted in February of this year, 2025, and passed away on May 18th. Due to the poor care provided by the nursing home's doctors, she had to go to the hospital emergency room three times in this short period. The psychologist and the caregivers also acted inappropriately. A nursing home is a business, and they don't take proper care of their residents, especially those with dementia.

My mother has been at the day center for a few months. Everything is very clean. She speaks highly of the staff. They are loving and attentive, looking after all the older children. I don't want to mention names so I don't forget any. My mother isn't happy, SHE'S VERY HAPPY. All I can say is THANK YOU, thank you for taking care of my mother 😘
