Good afternoon, I am writing to complain. The service at your residence is deplorable. Not only have they neglected my father again today, but they've also lost a hearing aid worth €3,000. His tagged clothing is disappearing, even his hat. It's shameful, and on top of that, they refuse to take responsibility for anything. Director, please dedicate more time to your work, which you certainly seem to be well paid for. Elderly people are not just a business, which is what you all see them as. Do your job more efficiently. We all end up at the same place; don't think your youth will last forever. This applies to you and everyone above you in your hierarchy. Thank you for your demonstrated incompetence. How can you have the nerve to respond with lies? Have you resolved anything in 15 days? Nothing, because when people ask you, all you can say is, "I don't know anything."

Every time I visit my relative, I can see how well they are treated, not only because they tell me so, but also because of the smiles and gestures of the staff, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the decor... Definitely highly recommended

I'm writing to the owner in case they can do something, and so that everyone can read this. My father, who has Alzheimer's, has been moved to a different room without our authorization. After everything we pay, I find it incredibly unprofessional and very authoritarian. We've filed a complaint about this and many other things that I'll list now. Over the years, they've called us constantly: one day he falls out of the patient lift and nobody knows anything or they don't notify us; another day he shows up with a bruise near his mouth; another day they tell us an elderly woman bit his finger and almost tore it off, requiring stitches (but nobody wanted to talk about it); another time they tell us he's in the emergency room. We asked the hospital for blood tests, and they told us they overdosed him. And this has happened several times. The staff is unprofessional, especially during the summer months. Many times we've gone unannounced and found Dad unshaven, unkempt, and wearing clothes that weren't his. It seems they only put his hand brace on when we visit... a disaster! Now the psychologist and her team, in an authoritarian manner and without our authorization, have decided to move him from his large room, where he originally moved, to a small, shared room in a different unit. All this to free up a space and give the room to someone else, and my father, who can no longer walk, can go to hell. This residence may have a very good facade, but inside the staff seems heartless and very unprofessional. It's always a bit of a surprise that one day the tax authorities or a police inspection with security cameras will show up to see how they treat the elderly, especially towards the end of their illness.

My mother has been recovering from a fracture for four months. Today we said goodbye to all the staff at the care home. We felt incredibly peaceful; she was well cared for and loved. The food was the only thing she wasn't completely satisfied with, but otherwise, she felt very comfortable. We could feel the affection shown to her by all the staff. Rehabilitation was a challenge for her, and she always told us about it with emotion. The parties and celebrations made her laugh and enjoy herself. We are so grateful to you all for these months of care, especially to the caregivers in her unit, who were so kind and understanding of her quirks. Thank you so much, and a warm hug to everyone. And finally, I want to thank Ainhoa, who was the first person to tell me about and show me what life is like in a care home. When I left, I did so with peace of mind and emotion, knowing that my mother would be well cared for there.

The staff is unbeatable. My thanks to Sara for her constant help and professionalism. To the reception staff (Laura, Yolanda, and Mari Ángeles) for their extraordinary care. To the social workers for their constant support and kindness. And to the caregivers who showed so much love to my mother every day! It's the residence anyone would want for their loved ones. 100% recommended. Thank you so much for everything!
