Our experience at Amavir Puente de Vallecas has been exceptional. My aunt was a resident from January until recently, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care she received. What stands out most is the family atmosphere they have created. The staff, from the director María to the caregivers and the cleaning team, treat the residents with admirable respect and affection. It's clear they are not just professionals, but people who genuinely care about the residents' well-being. The medical and nursing care has been impeccable. They were always attentive to my aunt's needs, providing her with the necessary care with professionalism and warmth. We especially want to thank the social worker, who supported us immensely throughout the entire process, facilitating our adjustment and my aunt's to this new stage. Although due to circumstances we have had to move to a residence within the Community of Madrid, we leave with hearts full of gratitude. Amavir Puente de Vallecas not only cared for my aunt, but also for our entire family, offering us peace of mind and confidence during difficult times. We are very grateful to all the staff at the Amavir Puente Vallecas Residence, including Belén, the director; Julieta, the social worker; Dr. Einstein; the receptionists, nurses, assistants, cleaners, and everyone else dedicated to caring for our seniors. Our uncle Federico was unfortunately only here for a short time (a year and a half), but it was a great experience.
