Good afternoon My widowed mother is staying at this nursing home, and from day one, the entire staff has been committed to making her stay comfortable and enjoyable. We have experience in nursing homes of different categories, both in various locations in the Madrid region and in Castilla-La Mancha. After suffering a long illness with my father until his death, he chose this nursing home for the rest of his life due to its good reputation, for its category, in the Madrid region. My mother is fully integrated with the other residents and the nursing home team. So much so that she went from being an inactive, negative, and introverted person to participating in every activity offered and available. In a short time, my mother has grown very attached to the staff who care for her daily. For my siblings and I, whenever we had any suggestion or need, it was taken into account and resolved as quickly as possible within the established order of priority. We have never had a bad experience with any of the nursing home's professionals. It seems as if they were chosen to care for our seniors with exquisite care and great patience, even with special affection, giving them kisses, hugs, and kind words. I think what we should all do is direct our complaints where appropriate and wait for a response, not start vilifying professionals who perform their work and schedules according to the relevant procedures by poorly rating them. Assessing the lack of staff or lack of staff is not our job, but rather the job of those who audit and certify the authorizations of these professionals. It is in bad faith to give the lowest rating for reasons such as someone who indicates they lack deodorant or someone who gives their opinion on what others said... Everyone can choose how to care for their seniors. Some hire professionals with permanent home care, others opt for en-suite residences, but what we have here are professionals who care for a whole range of people with different needs, and each one requires a lot of time and other times is difficult to allocate, which makes the work of these professionals even more important, both professionally and psychologically. Thank you, team, thank you Ana, Lucía, Montse, Mario, Henar, and so many others who work there and whom we don't know. We encourage you to continue along this same path and improve according to your expectations, because no one better than you (who are always visible) will know how to manage this community better than everyone else.
