My mother and her partner have been staying in one of the apartments since October 1st. My mother is 88 years old and has advanced cancer, while her partner is 92. I can't thank them enough for the exceptional medical and care they've provided. The facilities are magnificent, yes, but the service is poor. My aunt shows up with bumps or bruises, and they don't know what happened. Her few belongings, including a framed photo, disappear. My uncle, who is also there, has had his money stolen several times. It's a black box where you can see your relative with bruises, and they don't give you any explanations. I know there are difficult situations, but they're supposed to be professionals with qualified staff, and you get paid for it. It's a money grab.

Most of the people who work there are very good professionals and the receptionists are lovely: Cristina, Luz, Aaron...; it would be better if they added a real chapel, because they don't have one, even though they say they do.

My father has been here twice, for barely a month each time. He went in unable to walk and left walking and climbing stairs both times. In fact, he doesn't even want to look at nursing homes, and both times he acknowledged how much they helped him and that you've done a great job. Of course, there are things you could improve; for example, it was cold in the rooms during the winter, but overall, you've done a very good job. Thank you!
