Las opiniones son abrumadoramente positivas, con usuarios expresando profunda gratitud por el cuidado integral recibido hasta el final de la vida; el único aspecto negativo mencionado es el ocasional extravío de prendas de ropa, un problema menor comparado con la excelencia general del servicio.

My experience was short but good. I admitted my mother for dementia/Alzheimer's. It's a very family-oriented residence, and the care workers are very nice. What I liked most was that it made you feel like you were at home. I could do everything I wanted with my mother, even leaving her with dinner and bedtime, so I could leave with peace of mind. The only downside is that, like in all residences, some clothing always goes missing. But I'm left with a good experience with my mother. We had to leave because we got a place in the Community of Madrid.

Mis hermanas y yo sentimos inmensa gratitud por el cuidado de nuestra madre hasta el último día. Después de tomar la difícil decisión de buscar residencia y sobretodo después de visitar muchas, cuando entramos supimos que era la adecuada. Fue cómo llegar a casa y no nos equivocamos. GRACIAS de nuevo a todas las personas que trabajáis en la residencia, auxiliares, cocinera, personal de limpieza, enfermeras, médico, mantenimiento, dirección....por tantos meses de tranquilidad, cuidado, atención a nuestras necesidades y de cariño, que es mutuo. Un abrazo.
