Opiniones

So far, my experience with this residence has been limited to a week, but the peace and quiet and the care were outstanding. My mother was coming from another residence, and...it was nothing like it. Here, we were greeted by Goretti (a 10 out of 10 as a person, and I have no doubt she's just as excellent professionally), and the calm she conveyed was truly appreciated during those uncertain times. The next day, she called me to keep me updated, and again today, to tell me about the medical appointments they arranged and to give me an update on how my mother is settling in. Without a doubt, the operation, management, and overall quality of the center are impeccable in my opinion. I want to highlight Goretti again, as she's the one I've dealt with since day one. Thank you.

I've been to this residence several times and can only speak as a visitor, not as a resident. The most positive aspect is the way the staff treats the residents. Every time I've been there, I've felt a great deal of affection from the staff towards the residents. For me, this is fundamental; if they don't have the direct affection of their families, they should at least have it from the staff who work there, and that's what I've seen so far. The facilities aren't bad; they're well-maintained, but I do wish they were cleaner. Regarding the residents, I'm struck by the fact that most of them can get around without a wheelchair. For example, my mother is in a residence in Ávila where 90% of the residents use wheelchairs. Visits can be made within designated hours, with some flexibility. You can visit a family member and, if desired, have some privacy, as there are small rooms with tables and chairs for family members who come to see their father, mother, or grandparents. In short, it's a good residence with very professional and caring staff.

It is located on the N-VI highway, just outside Baralla in the direction of Lugo. It addresses a serious problem in the province, which is suffering from the progressive aging of its population.

It's a quiet and very beautiful place. Here is my mother-in-law Genoveva.
