The worst residence in the Navy without a doubt. There is a huge shortage of staff, the workers can't cope with so many users. There is no infirmary, except for one nurse who comes one week and then another and doesn't cover the full shift. The director is incompetent and arrogant, who seems to care little about the residents. A thousand daily mistakes in hygiene and care. I repeat that I don't think it's the workers' fault, but poor management. However, if they remember to raise the annual fee... but where does that money go? Because they don't invest in staff to take care of the users. A shame.

I have nothing good to say about this disastrous and inhumane center, especially regarding the management. But there are good people working there, but they can't keep up with caring for so many people. Where does all that money go? Because who's getting paid well? One doctor and one nurse for 140 people is impossible... And the state of the center leaves much to be desired, and the rooms... Then there are inspections, but they go in one door and out the other... OUTRAGEOUS

Great team of workers, they treat people with great respect and kindness. The DIRECTOR: a terrible person, arrogant and a liar. She accuses people without any proof to back up her accusations. I've asked her for the documents several times so she could prove it with facts, but they've never appeared. Why aren't the documents there? Because they don't exist! You can't accuse someone without proof, ma'am. Before you speak, make sure you have the facts. A LIAR for making it seem like my relative fell, instead of clearly stating that another resident pushed her. I had to find out from a resident of the center. SHAMEFUL!!! I don't know how they can have a person like that in charge.

The impression is that even though the staff seemed nice, they left the elderly completely alone. The food, as my loved one mentioned, was somewhat scarce, and he didn't eat much himself. On the other hand, and hence the bad grade I give them, is that THEY literally STEAL FROM THE DEAD. On the day of my loved one's death, I left a clock with his name printed on it on his bedside table around 12:30 in the morning. He was out of his room the whole time until he passed away around 7:00 p.m. When we returned the same day, we found him in bed, WITHOUT A CLOCK on his bedside table or anywhere else. No matter how many times we looked and asked at the nursing home, no one knew anything about the clock. That is, from the time we left it on his bedside table until his death (6 or 7 hours later), someone swindled it. The nursing home is washing its hands of the issue and says they'll let me know if anyone shows up. We can wait now!
