La Residencia O Incio recibe una valoración muy positiva de sus usuarios, destacando especialmente la calidad humana del equipo de atención, la dedicación de la directora Mariló y el trato cuidadoso hacia los residentes mayores. Aunque las instalaciones están bien adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida y ofrecen buena alimentación, algunos visitantes sugieren mejoras en los espacios comunes, que consideran demasiado reducidos y que requerirían renovación y mobiliario más cómodo.

The residence is adapted for elderly people with mobility problems, and the staff provides humane and caring treatment. The common areas should be more spacious, as it feels cramped when the residents are in the interior of the facility. These common areas should be renovated, and more comfortable chairs should be provided to make the days more bearable. I feel sad leaving a family member behind when the visit ends, but I know they are in good hands.
