I think the director's position is too much for Noelia; all she knows how to do is yell and scream, and little else. I have a relative there. There's a severe staff shortage on weekends; there are only three women to care for 58 people, and they're constantly rushing around, but I have no complaints about them. WHAT I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH IS THE DIRECTOR. IF IT'S IN HER INTEREST (FOR MONEY), FINE, BUT I THINK THAT INSTEAD OF GIVING SO MANY TRANQUILIZERS TO THE ELDERLY, SHE SHOULD TAKE THEM HERSELF. SHE'S A BIG LIAR.

I called to ask for information about the center, and the director practically hung up on me. She gave me a very bad impression; I'm definitely not going there. I hope that future callers will be treated better. We are families going through a difficult time when you decide to admit a family member. A little empathy, please, Director!

No doctors, no nurses, just assistants, and they barely even touch each other. Total abandonment of the people. The worst-maintained nursing home will have to report it to the inspection department and the Xunta de Galicia.
