The Residence is located in a privileged location, by the river, very central, with a view of the Sant Crist mountain and very easy to access. The rooms are very large with en-suite bathrooms, with all the comforts and accessories so that an elderly person can feel comfortable and safe. The entire complex of buildings of the Residence has elevators and ramps to facilitate access to all floors. In addition, it has the services that one may need on a daily basis, from a dispensary to a hairdresser, gym, cafeteria, library... all these services are attended by professionals who offer continuous attention and, in some cases, such as psychological attention or physiotherapy, completely personalized. Four meal shifts are offered: breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. The food, of course, follows all health and food safety measures and is served in the dining room or, if necessary for reasons of the resident's health, in the room.

The place where the center is located is very beautiful, since right in front we have the Segre river, a natural space, and of course the Sanctuary of Sant Crist de Balaguer. Then, on the part of the management and all the workers who work there, great professionals, the attention and treatment of the user and of course the relatives is especially very correct. It is worth highlighting the center's terrace that they have, which is the place where all the relatives and users have "Social Life" and where they spend some good times.:) .

The rooms are small, the food is good and the attention depends on the professional you are assigned to. There are some very good professionals who go out of their way for the people who are there, but on the other hand there are professionals who are tired of this job, who don't like it, who treat the groomsmen badly, but it is very difficult to make an overall assessment.
